From our initial contact last year to our final drop off before heading home in March 2024, Monika and Greg provided timely response to emails and texts. We used Luxury Pet to travel with our two dogs from Paris to Kenilworth where they participated in two dogs shows, then from Birmingham to Paris for the trip back to Canada. Pick up was prompt despite construction at the arrivals level at CDG, and heavy traffic in Birmingham. Greg is a safe, experienced driver who knew the closest, cleanest place to exercise the four-leggeds after their in-cabin flight from Canada, and the best route to pick up a supply of their favourite dog food in Calais! He also made sure the two-leggeds had water, coffee and snacks, and took the lead at the Pet Reception offices, where our dogs were quickly cleared. Both coming and going, we were actually able to take an earlier train than we’d originally planned. Although this was our fifth trip to the UK with our dogs, it was our first experience with a pet transporter, and was by far the most relaxing. We truly cannot think of anything they could do to improve their service, and hope to travel with them in the future.

Absolutely thrilled with the pet taxi service! From booking to drop-off, everything was smooth sailing. Monika was so helpful and knowledgeable, she has helped me plan the timing so that all our onwards journey can be organised properly. Our driver Martin was friendly, accommodating, and made sure both me and my furry friend felt comfortable throughout the entire journey. Everything was perfect! From first point of contact with Monika to drop off we had an excellent service when travelling our young dog Roscoe from Calais to Ashford yesterday. It meant so much to me that he was comfortable, relaxed and well catered for - there was loads of room for him to spread out and sleep and the vehicle was well maintained. All in all it was a very relaxed and smooth trip.
Our driver Marcin was absolutely superb - he was attentive, punctual, polite, thoughtful and professional. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

I recently travelled from Prague to Exeter with Luxury Pet Taxi. Monika was extremely helpful and responsive which was reassuring when making such a long trip. Greg was excellent and provided. A comfortable,safe and most importantly a fun journey where Laura who is a rescue dog felt at ease for the whole journey. The level of customer service and help provided to ensure a smooth trip was superb.
I would highly recommend service and I have already referred Greg to my friends who are making the trip later this year.

We travelled from Brussels to London on 25Feb. From the first contact with Monica, she couldn't be more helpful. She is doing all the process in the most professional way.

We took Luxury Pet taxi Service in January 2024 to relocate from London to Amsterdam with our Simba (Persian white cat, Instagram handle @simba_hun).

Communication from Greg and Monika was always timely, from following up on documents required, luggage allowance, wine allowance (we wanted to carry fee unopened bottles), to how to prepare for the journey.

On arrival, Greg managed everything to help us loading the luggage in a way everything fits in. We have had large 5 luggages, 1 medium size, 1 2ft*2ft*2ft box 📦, 1 painting, and few bagpacks. Surprising to me, it all fit well.

Throughout the journey, Greg kept us engaged telling about stories and experiences related his almost 200,000 km clocked in drive. He loves his job and not a lot of people can say this about their job.

It was a First class Emirates flight equivalent for road pet travel.

We just had the best experience travelling from Bruxelles to Cambridge with Aria, our cat.
Since when we contacted them, Monika was really kind and helpful clarifying all the doubts we had before travelling.
Later, Greg made the trip really easy for us, not only by making us comfortable, but also by explaining to us step by step the process to go from Europe to the UK with a pet.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Monika and Greg went above and beyond for us and our beloved Poodle and we were provided a SAFE, PROFESSIONAL and LOVELY trip from Brussels to Chesterfield,UK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them as a dog owner

Having tried similar services before, I must say that Luxury Pet Táxi exceeded my expectations.
